Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng on his podcast Solving Healthcare.

Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng is no stranger to this blog: We wrote about him back in April, when he helped to raise more than $30,000 to provide meals to emergency room and intensive care unit workers at Ottawa’s hospitals. But he's still out there, trying to help spread information and positivity.

The September 5 episode of Dr. Kyeremanteng’s podcast Solving Healthcare, whose guests included infectious disease specialists Dr. Sumon Chakrabarti and Dr. Isaac Bogoch, was devoted to answering questions from teachers, parents, and community members about going back to school during the pandemic. Dr. Kyeremanteng kicked off the discussion by offering his thanks to teachers for being there for kids. “This is your time to be the heroes now,” he said.
